1. Services Provided

Solaris Destiny Matrix offers the following services:

• Free destiny matrix calculations based on birth dates
• Detailed interpretations of energy numbers and positions
• Premium interpretations through one-time purchases or subscriptions
• Personalized readings and consultations (where applicable)
• Educational content about numerology and destiny matrix concepts

2. Service Delivery

Digital Products: All digital products (interpretations, reports, credits) are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive access to your purchased content immediately in your account.

Personalized Readings: For sessions that need scheduling (live consultations), I will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to arrange a suitable time. For audio readings, the delivery time is from 3 to 7 days. All scheduling times are shown in Melbourne, Australia time (AEDT/AEST).

Subscriptions: Subscription-based access provides continuous access to premium features for the duration of your subscription period.

International Customers: We operate from Melbourne (VIC, Australia). All times are shown in AEST/AEDT and we will coordinate across time zones. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise; your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Any local taxes/duties are your responsibility where applicable.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content once it has been delivered and accessed.

Scheduled Services: You may cancel or reschedule a live session or personalized reading up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances (technical issues preventing service delivery, duplicate charges, etc.), please contact us at solarissage.business@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. Some checkouts may be facilitated via SamCart (a third-party checkout provider) which securely transmits your payment information to the processor. We do not store your full card details; payment processors handle them in accordance with their security standards.

8. Discounts & Promo Codes

From time to time, we may offer discount codes or limited-time promotions. To redeem, enter the code during checkout. Codes are valid only during the stated promotional window and cannot be applied retroactively, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash.

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and are applied to eligible products only.
• Unless explicitly stated, codes are single-use per customer and non-transferable.
• For subscriptions, promotional discounts apply to the first billing period only.
• Refunds (where applicable) are calculated on the discounted amount paid.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a code in cases of misuse or abuse.
