• Digital products: Due to instant delivery, all sales are final once delivered and/or accessed.
• Scheduled services (live sessions/personalized readings): Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
